My Experience

For the past ten years I have been a successful real estate agent in Southwest Florida (primarily the Sarasota & Bradenton area, but also further south to Charlotte, Lee & Collier County (Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Ft. Myers, Cape Coral, Naples & Marco Island) and have sold over $40,000,000 of properties (over 230 homes). I have seen my fair share of market ups and downs, but it's obvious that we are living in different times right now. Despite today's tough market, I believe that everyone deserves to live the American dream of owning a home. I have earned my GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), ePro (qualified to transact real estate business via email and the web), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and the Equator REO Certified REO & Short Sale designations as well as obtained my real estate Broker's license.
 
Prior to becoming a real estate agent I was an entrepreneur/business owner for many years with a successful office equipment business in Sarasota. After selling that business in the mid 90's I was the national sales manager for a real estate software developer. That's where I discovered using high technology to benefit my business career. I like to use my past experiences and knowledge (especially my technology background) to benefit my real estate clients and my career.
 
When it comes to business, my priority is meeting each customer's needs - and that's the cornerstone of my success. The majority of my business comes from referrals. I know that when I treat customers right, not only will they come back for the same exceptional service, but they'll also recommend me to others.
